The mission of the Cornell Ann S. Bowers College of Computing and Information Science Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (Cornell Bowers CIS DEI) is to engage collaboratively with collegiate, corporate, and community partners to broaden the participation of marginalized populations and promote a cultural climate that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.

We would like to invite you to participate in our 2021 Advocacy Lab, an annual workshop teaching advocacy skills to women and gender minorities in S.T.E.M (see flyer below). The event is co-hosted by a broad coalition of S.T.E.M. women and gender minority student organizations, including Cornell Graduate Women in Science, the Cornell Scientista Foundation, QStem, the Steminist Movement, Society of Women Engineers, Women in Computing at Cornell, and Women in Physics and Related Fields. The workshop will bring together female and gender minority S.T.E.M. students from across the university to share their experiences, network, and learn self-advocacy techniques. REGISTER NOW!
